Main Goals
- Develop Self-Service for customers that use Network International payment solutions where users will be able to manage and control transactions and cash-flow, see all statistics data dashboards, contact support 24/7.
- Simplify the onboarding process for new customers.

Reduce the involvement of the Sales Department and automatize interaction with Network International from the Merchants.
- Ensure flexibility and scalability for the interface that can be extended for additional functionality.

Create a visual style that will follow a new Network International branding.
Results
The Main Goals of the project were covered:
- Developed a new onboarding flow that keeps the time of users and increases their satisfaction level. Also, updated onboarding increased the involvement of the Support and Sales Departments.
- Created Style guide with UI Kit library.
- Created clickable prototype for design validation.
- The Prototype tested and validated by end users.
- Provided clean and up-to-date UI layouts for Self-Service applications.
- All data in the application is scalable and users have access to Self-Service from all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Supporting the development team.
